The best food in town

Restaurant Ai Tre Camini

One of the best restaurants in Padua is Restaurant Ai Tre Camini, where we recommend to try the homemade pasta mixed with vegetables, grilled meat and Venetian cod. Giovanni Chiodarelli crowned his dream a couple of years ago in the restaurant that had before belonged to his mother and where he had learned the secrets of the culinary arts. That place is called 'Ai Tre Camini' and is placed in Calaone, hilltop village set amongst the Euganeans Hills, the Castle and the Cero with a wonderful view on the underlying Este. The trattoria has an open kitchen and a quite simple but original cuisine, offered in a cozy little place always with a fresh flower on the tables. The characteristic feature of their how-to-cook is the exaltation of the primary aromas of the ingredients which give a touch of freshness to every dish. In summer you can dine outside and enjoy the magnificent panorama. Do not miss the zucchini flowers and the omelettes stuffed with fresh vegetables, the tasty noodles mixed with basil, sautéed with cheese and served on a bed of fresh tomato. And yet the roast beef in a sauce of pureed raw rosemary, salad of boiled salted cod with olive oil and pepper. Very good homemade cakes. The wine list is growing. In the kitchen Monica Danieli.
